Debbie and Jeff – April 7th Studio Impressions Photography – “producing powerful images from those little things that mean a lot – a look, a touch, a smile.”
Both living in London, Debbie and Jeff met with us almost a year to the day to plan their wedding – while on a brief family visit to Australia. Jeff’s parents’ property at Dayboro was the perfect choice to host their special day. Neals Hire supplied the marquee and ceremony chairs – the “hardware”. We came in with the “software” and being Easter Saturday pinks and purples ruled, along with Easter egg favours tucked in cute little bird nest shapes on each guest’s napkin.
Debbie loved simplicity and her bouquet along with the bridesmaids consisted of long stemmed roses in a posy style with only a few gum leaves as added foliage and just a touch of bling. For the ceremony each chair sported a tiny bucket of flowers and petals were strewn on the grass to create an informal “carpet” effect. The Marquee looked clean and crisp with a mix of tall vase displays and low cake stand displays all on specially designed striped bases that carried through the Easter colours.
Flower varieties included asters, roses, carnations, freesias, mini gerberas and lisianthus, all accented with silvery-grey spinning gum.
